Join us for an engaging evening at the Anderson Hancock Planetarium featuring the full-dome video "The Cowboy Astronomer." The event will kick off with a live star talk, followed by the video presentation, and wrap up with a Q&A session.
"The Cowboy Astronomer" is a skillfully woven tapestry of star tales and Native American legends, combined with constellation identification, star-hopping, and fascinating astronomy tidbits — all narrated from the unique perspective of a cowboy astronomer who has traveled the world, learning the sky along the way.
This educational experience is free and open to the public, though donations are welcomed to support future programming. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
