Student Accounts

The Student Accounts Office is a component of the Office of Accounting and Business Services at Marietta College. Our staff assists with tuition, payment options, refunds, and student-related charges and fees.

Our website contains answers to frequently asked questions and information regarding important policies, required forms, and tutorials. The website also provides access to Marietta College's billing and payment system. Students can access their bill via the links/"buttons" at the top of this page. Students may grant parents or others access to their account by requesting a parent proxy.

Marietta College no longer sends paper bills. These changes were in response to increasing demands for a safe and convenient way to pay online and a desire to save paper and help the environment. Paper bills are no longer mailed; students are notified via email each month that a new Bill is available for viewing. Current account activity can be viewed at any time, reflecting any changes on the account. Students are responsible to monitor their account for updates and changes that may occur from changes in course load, residence, meal plan, financial aid, or late fees.

Online payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or electronic checks. Payments and adjustments will be reflected in real-time on your Recent Account Activity. If a student or authorized user does not wish to make online payments, checks can be mailed to:

Effective July 1, 2024, a non-refundable convenience fee will be assessed when paying your bill using a credit or debit card as follows:

• A 2.95 percent convenience fee (minimum $3) will be assessed on all domestic issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card transactions.
• A 4.25 percent convenience fee (minimum $3) will be assessed on all international issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card transactions.

Convenience Fee FAQs

Student Account fees are billed to student accounts one term at a time. The students are responsible for planning and arranging their finances for each term. Submitting your payment to fully cover the fees posted to your account by the specified due date is important. Please check your student account frequently throughout the term, so you are aware of any changes that may create a change in your account balance. We encourage you to take advantage of our online services and enjoy the convenience of paying online anytime, anywhere.
