Student Accounts: Helping you manage your college finances with confidence

The Student Accounts Office staff assists with tuition, payment options, refunds, and student-related charges and fees. The office is a part of the Office of Accounting and Business Services.

Our website is designed to help you find what you need quickly—whether that's answers to common questions, important policies, required forms, helpful tutorials, or access to Marietta College’s billing and payment system. You can view your bill anytime using the links at the top of this page, and if you’d like to share access with a parent or another trusted person, simply set them up as a parent proxy.

To make things safer, easier, and more environmentally friendly, Marietta College no longer sends paper bills. Instead, you’ll get an email each month when a new bill is ready to view online. You can check your account at any time for real‑time updates, including changes related to your course load, housing, meal plan, financial aid, or late fees. Staying familiar with your account is the best way to avoid surprises--and it is your responsibility.

You can make payments online using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or an electronic check, and your Recent Account Activity will update in real time. Prefer not to pay online? No problem — phone payment via credit card is available with a $10 service fee and applicable convenience fee or you can mail your check to:

A non-refundable convenience fee will be assessed when paying your bill using a credit or debit card as follows:

A 2.95 percent convenience fee (minimum $3) will be assessed on all domestic issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card transactions.
A 4.25 percent convenience fee (minimum $3) will be assessed on all international issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card transactions.

Student Account fees are billed one term at a time, giving you a clear picture of what you’ll need to plan for each semester. We encourage you to take a moment each term to look ahead and make sure your finances are arranged by the payment due date. Checking your student account regularly is the best way to stay on top of any updates—such as changes to your schedule, housing, meal plan, financial aid, or other adjustments that might affect your balance. And remember, our online services are always available, making it easy and convenient to manage your account and make payments anytime, from anywhere.
