PANdemonium4 Flute Quartet, a newly formed group of teachers and performing professionals who represent a diverse group of Ohio universities, will be performing in concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 3rd, in Marietta College’s Alma McDonough Auditorium.
The concert is free and open to the public.
Compositions to be performed will include Overture to The Marriage of Figaro by Mozart, Jour d’été a la Montagne by Bozza, Argyle Street by McIntyre, Fictions by Mower, and Plink, Plank, Plunk! by Anderson.
Members of the ensemble include Alison Sincoff, professor at Ohio University; Lisa Jelle, professor at Capital University; Kimberlee Goodman, professor at Otterbein University; and Lindsey Goodman, adjunct lecturer at Marietta College and West Virginia State University.
Sharing a mutual respect for one another and a desire to make an impact on the future of chamber music collaborations within the setting of the flute Quartet, PANdemonium4 has performed at the National Flute Association in Minnesota and at Ohio University and Capital University. The group is also scheduled to perform at the Southeast Michigan Flute Association this fall.
