What You'll Learn
You will study not only sports but also the care and prevention of athletic injuries, sports law, nutrition, and the psychology of sports.
Gain field experience coaching athletes during an internship.
Learn the art of coaching within Marietta's exquisite athletic facilities, including the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center with a varsity basketball and volleyball court, indoor tennis, weight rooms, racquetball courts, and an indoor track. You may also get the chance to work at Don Drumm Field (football and men's lacrosse), Pioneer Park (baseball), Marietta Field Complex (soccer, women's lacrosse, and softball), or the Lindamood-Van Voorhis Boathouse (rowing).
