Tammi Weigand
Biography

Tammi Milner Weigand ’90 is a current member of the Board of Trustees. She has worked for Marathon Petroleum (formerly Marathon Oil) since graduating from Marietta College with a degree in Accounting and is the Director of Marketing and Scheduling for Marathon Petroleum Logistics G&P, leading a team of 28 that is responsible for all natural gas and NGLs yielded from the Compression and Fractionation facilities owned and operated by MPLX G&P. For Marathon, she has held positions that included: Manager of Brand Performance, Program Execution & Process Improvement, Marketing, and Southeast Scheduling; Supervisor of Risk Management Reporting & Analysis and Transportation & Exchange Accounting; Strategic Planning Coordinator, MPL of Business Operations & Planning; various roles in Marketing, Commercial Development, and Finance & Administration. She began her career with Marathon as an Accountant for Production Revenue Accounting and soon became an Auditor in Internal Control.

Mrs. Weigand participated in the Marathon Leadership Foundation Program, the New Supervisor Development Program, Commercial Skills, and the Marathon Advanced Leadership Program.

At Marietta, Mrs. Weigand has supported connecting current students with potential careers with Marathon by engaging with MC’s Fifth Street Consulting and also participating in a Best Practices Forum during the 2018 McDonough Leadership Conference. As a student, she was a member of Chi Omega and the Tau Pi Phi honorary, as well as a student worker for the late Coach Don Schaly.
