Biography
After graduating from Marietta College, Dave Freeman got his Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He then gained professional licensure in multiple states and spent over a decade in the field as an analyst, consultant, and production engineer. In 1992, he returned to Marietta College and joined the faculty as a Petroleum Engineering instructor. He would later be promoted to Professor of Petroleum Engineering and was elected to Department Chair in 2015.
