Bethany McFarland Leslie ’12 is the Vice President of Advancement at Marietta College, where she leads philanthropic initiatives and oversees key programs critical to the College’s future, including major gifts, alumni and parent engagement, and planned giving. As a member of the President’s senior leadership team, Bethany plays a strategic role in advancing Marietta’s mission and long-term goals. She initially returned to her alma mater in 2021 as Director of Major Gifts, where she led the College’s gift officers and cultivated donor relationships. Prior to Marietta, Bethany served as Director of The Mount Union Fund and later took on the additional role of Director of Planned Giving. Her previous experience also includes development roles at Northeast Ohio Medical University and Lakeside Chautauqua.
