The Marietta College volleyball team has a quick turnaround at the Mount Union Invitational in Alliance, Ohio, as the Pioneers take the court again at 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 30, against Albion.
Coming off their season-opening match earlier this evening against Manchester, the Pioneers have little time to rest before their next test versus the Britons.
Albion provides a challenging second opponent for Marietta on the opening day of the tournament. This early season invitational allows the Pioneers to see high-level competition right out of the gates. Coach Kristy Newman will get a good look at where her team stands against some of the top programs in the region.
