Marietta College is excited to offer a free, public showing of "Forward! To the Moon" at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 21, in the Anderson Hancock Planetarium. Kari Byron from Crash Test World and MythBusters launches us on a journey beyond the Earth toward a sustainable future in space.
NASA’s 21st century Artemis program, named after the Greek moon Goddess and twin of Apollo, is the next step in our mission to explore the universe and land the first woman and person of color on the surface of the Moon. Produced by Fiske Planetarium in collaboration with TEND Studio.
Each public show includes a live presentation about the current night sky, followed by a full-dome planetarium video and a Q&A period. Please note that all public shows are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
