Marietta College is honored to welcome acclaimed musician Steve Free to our campus for a special event recognizing Native American Heritage Month. On Monday, November 27, at 6:00 p.m. in The Gathering Place, Steve will share songs and stories that spotlight the rich cultural heritage of our region.
Through his artistry, Steve aims to educate our community about the Appalachian and Native American cultures that have profoundly shaped this area. His performance will showcase how music and oral traditions have been integral in passing down these traditions over generations.
