Celebrate African American History Month with a Taste of Diversity from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, at Gilman Dining Hall. Join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Parkhurst Dining for a celebration of African American chefs Jessica Harris, Carla Hall, Lazarus Lynch, Leah Chase, and Andre Rush, who have changed the way we eat. Enjoy the chefs’ favorite dishes, such as chicken yassa, ratatouille, sweet potatoes, gumbo, and roasted chicken. The event is open to all students, faculty, and staff. We hope to see you there!
