The third annual E3 (Earth, Energy, and Environment) Student Conference and Exhibition will take place November 1-3, 2023. This year’s online conference will once again connect undergraduate students globally to learn from industry experts about petroleum engineering, geology, petrophysics, sustainability and related fields.
Organized by Marietta College’s Dr. Ahmed Algarhy and Ben Ebenhack, along with the University of Houston's Dr. Mohamed Soliman, the 2023 E3 Conference promises dynamic presentations and discussions.
Algarhy brings over a decade of industry experience in hydraulic fracturing, geomechanics, and reservoir evaluation. Ebenhack, founder of the energy nonprofit AHEAD Energy, teaches courses in petrophysics, energy systems, and leadership. Soliman serves as Department Chair at Houston and editor of “Fracturing Horizontal Wells.”
“We’re excited to virtually convene this global gathering of young minds tackling the world’s pressing energy and environmental challenges,” Algarhy said.
The E3 Conference aims to engage and inspire the next generation of scientists and leaders in these crucial fields. Undergraduate students interested in the conference can register today.
“We’re proud to once again be hosting the E3 Conference, connecting students from around the world who are passionate about energy and the environment,” Ebenhack said. “This year’s lineup of speakers and topics will challenge these young leaders to think creatively and sustainably about our shared energy future.”
