Marietta College's Pioneer Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (PioSOAR) program aims to assist new students and their families in adjusting to college life.

Marietta Main Street is hosting a June First Friday event from 5:00–9:00 p.m. Friday, June 6, in the shopping district of historic downtown Marietta. Highlights of these events include shops open late, local artists and musicians, area organizations, and various happenings around town.

Find a quiet place to write alongside congenial colleagues each Wednesday from May 21 through August 6. Bring a laptop to room 219 in Legacy Library from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Marietta Welfare League sponsors free Music in the Park every Thursday in June, July and August at the gazebo in Muskingum Park on Front Street. The featured band for Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. is the St. Mary's Community Band.
