Molecular Models
This web page allows you to examine and compare the structures of the major classes of antigen binding proteins.  The models are rendered using the Jmol applet, which will load automatically on your computer when the page opens.  You may need to disable the popup blocker of your browser to allow the page to load.  Click on 'Test your knowledge' to do so; while at the same time learning how to use the Jmol popup menu to render the molecules in different ways.
